Homeowners Association Website
The Glens at Powers Ferry is a quiet community of 104 beautiful homes located in Marietta, GA. Situated close to Interstate 75 and nestled between other family-oriented communities such as Smyrna, Roswell, and Kennesaw, The Glens maintains an ideal central location for easy access to the entire Atlanta metro area. The Glens close proximity to numerous recreational lakes, multiple colleges and universities, and world renown fine arts arenas coupled with award winning schools, fine shopping, successful businesses, various churches, and organized sports have established it as one of the premiere communities in the North Atlanta area.
All Glens homeowners are members of the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) and are privileged to enjoy the increasing property values in our community. The HOA has a governing board of directors who oversee the responsibilities of the association. This is made possible by the annual dues assessed each homeowner. Elected by the homeowners at the annual meeting, the board members work hard to uphold the standards, covenants, and by-laws of the association in order to maintain our beautiful community and, in turn, maintain the community value.
By working together and adhering to the HOA rules and regulations, the board and the homeowners can not only preserve the value of our community, but establish it as one of the best communities in the area.
The Glens at Powers Ferry now uses Pilera as it's community management portal! Pay your dues online, ask a question of the Board or AECC, request approval for an architectural change, and much more all via the Pilera platform.

All homeowners who purchase a home in The Glens are required to become a member of "The Glens at Powers Ferry Homeowners Association" (HOA). This is a community association that governs much of the “look and feel” of the community.
When a home is purchased, the buyers agree to a set of published covenants and restrictions about maintaining the status, condition, and appearance of the property.
Elected by the homeowners at the annual meeting, the Board of Directors work hard to uphold the standards, covenants, and by-laws of the association. As far as the private properties, the HOA Board of Directors can enforce all of the items agreed to in the "Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions For The Glens at Powers Ferry" - a document that every new homeowner receives before or at closing. The covenants are also available on The Glens website. Some items are aesthetic such as appearance, maintenance, and style. Cobb County is responsible for streets, sidewalks, and signs, and Cobb EMC is responsible for the maintenance of the street lights. When the HOA Board receives any complaints on these areas they are forwarded to the proper offices.
The HOA Board not only follows up on complaint calls from residents, but also relies on inspection tours of the property by the board members. Regular visual walk-by inspections of the community property and all homes.
The Architectural and Environmental Control Committee is responsible for reviewing all architectural change applications in an effort to protect the aesthetic integrity of our community, maintain property values, and offer opportunities for growth and enhancement of The Glens.
Any Architectural change to your home or yard must be pre-approved by the AECC! The AECC Change Request form is used for this purpose. Please use the form to document your intended changes, and then submit the form to the AECC for approval.
